Premium package

What is in it, what can you use it for?

Premium package is for those businesses, projects, or teams where you want to solve several things fast, easy and you need custom consulting, development and / or integration and / or premium service level.

If you need industry specific solutions (where we have already set up several things instead of you for your specific industry), you will need the Professional or Premium package, as industry-specific solutions are not included in the Base package.

What is included in the Premium package?

Software, server, backups, automated upgrades - all.

E-mail customer service.

Initial training.

Phone support.

Customizations of screens, thus you can change screens as you like.

Industry-specific solutions (e..g if you are an attorney office, you will be able to use the pre-set process templates, templates for your industry).

Integration with your other systems and initial data import / upload is excluded, too.  You will need these if you want to further automate your business and still want to keep other systems, otherwise you will be OK without this.

The option to get 7 x 24 hours phone support.

Any other custom development or consulting.

We do not limit the number of transactions, queries etc.

What is not included in the Premium package?

No such item exists.

Are there any other limitations in this package?

You will have to subscribe to at least 5 users.  No other limitations apply.

2 gigabyte of storage per user (this is sufficient for an average user for 10 - 15 years).  2 gigabyte of storage is a lot, actually. Still, you will get additional storage at the same price you got the initial package (no additional fees, charges or any other "penalty" will be applied).

You can use all features, functions, which can be found in the other packages, e.g.:
